Order a cake
This form is not yet an order but a first step. Tell us what you need, and we will call you and go through the details.
How the process works
- You fill in the form. Whatever you know at this point is enough – we can work out the missing parts together.
- We call you. Usually within one working day. That is when we discuss flavours, size, decoration and price.
- We confirm. Once we agree on everything, the date is booked. For larger cakes we ask for a deposit.
- Collection. On the agreed day, at the salon. The cake is handed over chilled, in a cake box.
Worth knowing in advance
We cannot shorten the time. If you need a custom cake for tomorrow, we unfortunately have to say no – but we can put together a good tray from the display.
A photo helps. If you have seen a cake you liked, send it over. We will not copy it, but it tells us a lot about the direction you prefer.
Mention allergies at the start. Not at the end, when everything has been decided. We can accommodate a lot, but it has to be planned differently.
A children’s cake is a different genre. There the theme and the characters matter, and it usually means more figures or prints. Allow an extra week for it.
This is a request, not a confirmed order, and it involves no payment. Once we receive it we will call you to agree the flavours, the size and the price. Please allow at least 5 days before the pick-up date.
